Monica Voss
Monica Voss began her yoga studies in 1978 with Esther Myers, trained to teach with Esther, and has been teaching at the Studio since 1981. She came to yoga with a background in drama and movement and has degrees in English Literature and Education. Monica studied with Vanda Scaravelli from 1986-1998. Tama Soble

Tama Soble
Tama Soble began practising yoga with Esther Myers and Monica Voss in 1984, and is a graduate of the Esther Myers Yoga Studio Teacher Training Programme. She has had additional training with Donna Farhi, Judith Hanson Lasater, Bonnie Bainbridge-Cohen, Thich Nhat Hanh and Edward Espe Brown. She earned an interdisciplinary BFA in dance and theatre from York University, and has trained in Body-Mind Centering, contact improvisation and various other movement techniques. John Campbell
John Campbell has been practising yoga at Esther Myers Yoga Studio for over 35 years and is a graduate of the EMYS Teacher Training Programme. He has studied meditation with Richard Miller and Joan Ruvinsky, attending many meditation retreats with them, and has completed Levels I and II of the Integrative Restoration Institute iRest Yoga Nidra training. Julia Juhas

Helen Kohl
Helen has been passionate about yoga ever since her first hatha yoga class in the UK decades ago. "I was privileged to be one of Esther Myers’ first students when she began instructing in Toronto in 1977," she says. Donna Oliver
Donna Oliver is a Medical Qigong Therapist, began training in Qigong in 1993 and has taught at the Studio since 2005. She began studies in the Chinese Internal Arts and Meditation in 1988 with Shifu Andy James. She now co-runs his Tai Chi and Meditation Centre in Toronto and teaches for TCM schools, community centres and retirement homes as well.
