Join Monica and Tama for a weekend of relaxation, generous movement, asana, pranayama and walking meditation. Students at any level of experience are welcome to attend.
Everything about this weekend: the setting, the generous teachers and their brilliant teaching, my reunions with sister learners after too, too long as well as my encounters with wonderful new folks and last but certainly not least, the food, fire, music, dancing, water plunges–both hot and cold, the music of our laughing, the poplar leaves punctuated by the cows’ refrains, the silent stillness of the blue heron on the dock– all of this and so much more offered the greatest pleasures to me. Cancellation policies for transportation, accommodation and meals are at the discretion of Merit Travel and the retreat centre. The Studio is not responsible for any refunds for transportation, accommodation or meals.
