As we age, we notice changes in our bodies and also in our minds. Often we can accommodate and adapt. Join me in exploring how Yoga can help us respond positively to these changes. We will practise enhancing awareness, focus, acceptance, self-compassion, memory, and function. We know that Yoga helps our bodies expand, increasing stability, flexibility and ease. Let’s explore how it might have a similar effect on our minds.
