The Beach Garden is a beautiful private property located in Nosara, Costa Rica. It is one of a handful of villas bordering the protected beach reserve of Playa Guiones, with its own 200 metre path through the mangrove to the ocean. The charming town of Nosara is a short walk away. Taking long walks along the ocean, body-surfing in the waves, and visiting the famous turtle nesting refuge nearby at Ostional may be part of our adventure.
Our yoga space is a gorgeous open air platform. The peace and serene majesty of this place enhance the union of body, mind, breath, spirit and nature. We’ll practise yoga and meditation twice daily with howler monkeys, mot-mots, hummingbirds, giant cicadas and chachalacas for company.
Tama Soble has been studying, practising and teaching yoga over 40 years. She co-owns and co-directs Esther Myers Yoga Studio and conducts classes, workshops, Teacher Training, and retreats at her home studio in Toronto, Canada, and internationally.
REGISTRATION
Your payment is separated into two parts. The Studio $700 non refundable payment for twice daily yoga is due now. For room assignments and more information, please contact Tama Soble at tama@estheryoga.com.
ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS

Our accommodations are in the spacious main house with air conditioning in all rooms. There is also one separate air conditioned casita available to us. There are six rooms (either single or shared) in total. Our meals will be provided by a local chef inspired by traditional Costa Rican menus.

Please list first and second choice of room. Uniglobe Bon Voyage Travel cannot guarantee roommates for those without. If you request a double, you must be prepared to upgrade at the higher rate.
All prices listed are in Canadian Dollars and include taxes and agent’s fees.
FLIGHTS
Flights to and from Liberia can be booked with Vera at Uniglobe Bon Voyage Travel, through your own travel agent or on the web.
A morning flight is recommended on February 3, and an afternoon flight on February 11.
