Ignite length, mobility, and resilience from crown to tailbone. In this series, we cultivate a wakeful spine by honouring it’s two bookends, the skull at the top and the tailbone at the bottom, while weaving together breath, the four foundational spinal movements and guided visualization. Through mindful exploration, we release tension, invite elongation, and cultivate a sense of suppleness throughout the spine, from peak to base and everywhere in between.
