Spring Walking

As the weather warms up, walking outdoors is an excellent way to move the body, strengthen the bones, joints, and muscles, and lift the mood. This series aims to guide you in preparing to walk outside with strengthening exercises to support well-aligned joints for a smooth gait, stretches you can do before and after to recover quickly, balancing to prevent falls, and mindfulness and breathing activities to try when you are out walking.
