Embryology and the Origins of Body and Movement

Monday, October 13 – Friday, October 17, with Mariko Tanabe, 8:00am-9:15am ET, $100/week, $25/class
on Zoom

During the first eight weeks of our life, our bodies create their primordial form through the dynamic stages of embryological development. Structures arise, disappear, or are transformed to set the foundation for the patterns and systems of our mature bodies. These imprints underlie the formative patterns of our movement, perceptions and primary relationships.

We will explore these processes through an embodied journey of meditation, movement and touch. Discover ways to support your current body’s expression, while honouring your genesis and unique physical creation stories.

All are welcome.
