Many of us have been searching for meaning during this this difficult time for the whole world. Devotion to – or even momentary awareness of – Nature will provide succour to our discouraged minds, physical support for our tired bodies, rich sensory experience and will foster hope in our hearts. We can trust in the benefits that studying our environment yields. Take time during your practice to appreciate what’s outside your body, outside your home. As a focus for meditation, the natural world holds infinite variety and promise.
