It’s imperative that the beautiful structures of the legs and feet keep us grounded and stabilized with as little effort as possible. They also have a great effect on our alignment and overall health. Why not wake them up so we can enjoy our outdoor summer fun with a little more ease? In this series we’ll explore the conversation between the feet, legs, pelvis and spine which will help alleviate low back pain, create more stability, improve range of motion and launch us into warm weather activities.
