Playful and exploratory describe Mar Jean’s childhood experiences with yoga. Mar Jean met Esther Myers in 1984 and completed the Studio’s Teacher Training Programme.
The teachings have become a constant in her life, forming a framework for development and inquiry.
Mar Jean began teaching at the Studio in 1993, and teaches in a wide variety of settings. She holds a Ph.D. in technical writing and a 3rd-degree black belt in Isshinryu karate.
