Thursday – Sunday: Single, $585 for 3 nights accommodation and 9 vegetarian meals (plus the Studio yoga fee of $285) or
Friday – Sunday: Single, $395 for 2 nights accommodation and 6 vegetarian meals (plus the Studio yoga fee of $195)

Give yourself time and space – to breathe, release and explore. Join us for a weekend of yoga with Mar Jean Olson in glorious surroundings! John Campbell will teach Yoga Nidra and serve as primary lead for the meditations. Just 50km north of Toronto – near Orangeville – we’ll be within 200 acres of splendid natural forest in the Niagara Escarpment Hills, along the Bruce Trail and the Nottawasaga River.
Yoga Nidra is a meditation practice with roots reaching back to the time of the Upanishads. It produces a state of deep relaxation similar to sleep, but in which we remain aware. From this place of stillness, we notice and welcome the comings and goings of different aspects and layers of the self, including physical sensations in the body, the breath, feelings, emotions, thoughts, beliefs and the sense of selfhood.
