The spine lies at the centre of the body supplying structural and energetic support. In this series, we will invigorate and elongate the spine from skull to tailbone and back again! We’ll weave together the breath, the four basic spinal movements and some visualization to help us release tension and gain awareness of the suppleness, strength and versatility of the spine.
