What a great time of year to detox and recharge! In this practice we’ll focus on stimulating the lymphatic system which facilitates the immune system to filter out toxins, damaged cells and particles that are unnecessary to carry through the body.  This practice can also be a metaphor in filtering out and detoxing aspects of our lives that no longer serve us…pump it out and let it dissolve.
