Sitting in front of a computer for long hours can lead to poor posture, stiffness, fatigue and heightened levels of stress. Learn postures and movement sequences that increase mobility in your neck, shoulders and hands, and breathing practices that alleviate stress. We will practise short sequences that can be done at your desk and explore longer sequences for when you are away from the computer to counteract the effects of sitting.
