Yoga for Anxiety Class Series

6:15pm-7:30pm, $80/series of 4 classes, registration required

Practise and discuss asana and pranayama techniques that you can work with at home to help you manage anxiety. Understand the basis for each practice and how it may re-energize the natural relaxation response and move you toward health and balance.
