Over these past several months, many of us have had too much time to ourselves, but possibly not enough self care. Using relaxation and simple meditation techniques, we’ll notice the myriad of thoughts, feelings and emotions rippling through us and practise discerning which tracks to follow – the road not usually taken? or no road? – and how and when to move with utmost succour, release and satisfaction for body and mind.
