Let’s combine 2 creative, life-affirming activities! We will learn how to fold a simple sheet of paper into a one-page book. Inside this precious mini book, or books, we will record our awareness of our breath and body movements with patterns of lines, shapes and colour.
Materials needed: sheets of paper, scissors and your choice of drawing materials (graphite, coloured pencils, markers, crayons).
Sandie Collins received a BFA, University of Windsor, 1987, an Esther Myers Yoga Studio certification in 2003 and advanced training in 2004. She has a certification in Kundalini Yoga, 2006, has studied with many yoga teachers and continues to make art and teach yoga.
