Bring in the New Year with a 3-day series combining asana, breath work and meditative practice to prompt deep reflection and inspire positive intentions for the year ahead. Drawing from “The Radiance Sutras” as inspiration for our practice, we will focus on the principles of grounding, breath and elongation of the spine to explore new gateways into the “yoga of wonder and delight”. Open to all levels.
