A set to relax and feel the body’s energy as it gently circulates from the centre outwards to the extremities. This series will expand on Tai Chi Chi Kung 1 and 2. Several moves from traditional Tai Chi forms will be added. You do not need to know a Tai Chi form to benefit from the sessions but if you do, it will improve your overall structure, movement and energy flow.
