Create ease and learn ways to energize and support your immune system through movement, breath, meditation, and touch. Throughout the week we will explore cellular breathing,  the flow of your blood  and other agents of your immune system, and practise how to support the actions of your lymph and breath to support overall immune function.

This work will enhance self-care and deepen your yoga practice and other physical activities. No previous experience is necessary. All are welcome.
