The stress and the sitting of the past many months when we were continually raising the shoulders and tightening the neck and jaw unfortunately created tension which we can now hopefully begin to release. In this series, we’ll explore movements and postures with breath and awareness to help increase circulation, mobility and joy. Welcome fall’s fresh energy into your upper body!
