Moving into Yoga postures from breath, grounding and mindfulness

In this early morning series we will explore the continuum of the body, breath, and mind through yoga postures and breathing practices. With mindful awareness, we will consider the inter-connectedness of our bodies, the ground, and mind, exploring a sense of suspension in yoga postures where we find balance between movement and stillness. Each class will include postures and breathing practices that support an experience of how we connect to the ground through our own self embodiment and the release of our in-breath and out-breath.

Paola di Paolo is certified through Esther Myers Yoga Studio and 3HO.  She teaches Kundalini yoga and Hatha yoga.
