Mindfulness: Feet on the Ground on Zoom…NEW!

With mindful awareness we will explore the inter-connectedness of our feet, the ground, and our breath.  Each class will include postures and breathing practices that support an experience of how our feet connect to the ground through our own self embodiment and the release of our in-breath and out-breath.
