How about taking a moment during your busy day to rest, relax, and recharge? Practising yoga at lunchtime can de-stress the body, refocus the mind, improve posture, help with digestion, and lighten the mood. Please join us for a 50-minute chair yoga class where we will breathe, stretch, and reconnect to ourselves. Even if you only have an hour to spare for lunch, you will enjoy a complete yoga session and still have time to eat. All you need is your device (computer, tablet, phone, etc.) and a place to sit.
