July 2–11, 2019, with Monica Voss and Larissa Diakiw
in association with Merit Travel
Iceland is one of the most literate societies in the world and its stories reflect its exotic and mysterious landscapes. Absorb them both guided by Monica Voss and Larissa Diakiw.
We will practise body and sense awareness daily in yoga, and experiment with a variety of imagination and reflective writing exercises to discover our own stories in the landscapes. We’ll read, hike, tour, photograph, stretch, breathe the freshest air in the world and soak in geo thermal pools.
Join us on this adventure for body and mind!
Monica Voss has been a student and teacher of yoga for over 40 years. In addition to co-owning and teaching at Esther Myers Yoga Studio in Toronto, Canada, Monica conducts workshops, retreats and teacher training internationally.
