Pranayama practice is composed of various exercises each highlighting some aspect of natural breathing, so it’s not a series of exercises as much as a continual opportunity to discover the truth of our breathing, enhance its power, fullness and efficiency and therefore support and enrich our lives, goals, and hopes.
Join me for a week of conscious breathing which, apparently, increases our “prana”, “chi”, or energy for life. Here’s to life!
