Pranayama practice is composed of various techniques each highlighting some aspect of natural breathing, so it’s not so much a series of exercises as a continual discovery of the truth of our breathing, enhancing its power, fullness and efficiency and therefore supporting and enriching our hopes, goals, and lives.
Join me for a week of conscious breathing which, apparently, increases our “prana”, “chi”, or energy for life.
