Friday, April 16, with Peter Blackaby
1:00pm-3:00pm ET, $45
When we practise Yoga, we are challenged to acquaint ourselves with our bodies in many ways. Often there is a perceived notion that it is the asana itself that is the challenge. In this workshop I will be arguing that this is not the case. It is how we notice ourselves while moving towards the asana that is significant. This in turn inevitably has an effect on the mind. As we become absorbed in our practice the mind, because it is of the body cannot help but become quiet too.
