Our favourite warm weather activities are wonderful – paddling, swimming, tennis. Yoga can make them even more enjoyable by helping you understand and practise the relevant movements. These classes will prepare you for the season by releasing your upper body, lower back and hip joint tension and increasing your flexibility, range of motion and most of all, awareness. Relaxation and breathing practice always included!
