And yet often they are neglected and ignored leading to misalignment, discomfort and instability throughout the entire body. Using asana, movement and massage, we can recover the potential power, flexibility, and resilience in our feet that we had in childhood and still hold in our physical memories. We’ll explore connections between foot release and its impact on our skeletal and soft tissue structures, our breathing and our peace of mind.
