Devotion to – or even momentary awareness of – Nature will provide succour to our discouraged minds, physical support for our tired bodies, rich sensory experience and will foster hope in our hearts. Take time during your practice to appreciate the environment outside your body, outside your home. As a focus for meditation, the natural world holds infinite variety and promise.
