Chair Yoga is a viable and refreshing alternative to yoga on the mat. We will ground, breathe and lengthen our spines as we would in any yoga session, and creatively adapt the poses for a wide range of students, from residents of assisted living facilities, to those in business suits enjoying yoga during the lunch hour. This workshop is suitable for yoga students and teachers who wish to expand their repertoire to include Chair Yoga. Guided meditation and breathing practices are included.
