Do you want to do yoga but can’t comfortably get down onto or up from the floor? Are you a yoga teacher seeking strategies for students who want a full yoga experience from a chair? Over the course of this week, we will feel the ground, lengthen the spine, breathe and go inward together, move all our joints and improve our balance, from a chair and on our feet. Instructors and students alike will gain inspiration on how to create a complete and satisfying yoga practice.
