An old friend used to say, ‘There are 3 things we can do to help manage stress, discomfort and sadness – breathe in, breathe out, and repeat…’. This week’s series will promote understanding of the biomechanical actions of breathing, encourage awareness and sensation in stillness and movement, and accentuate the pleasure derived from the experience of repeating and repeating this life-giving cycle.
