During the colder months we tend inadvertently to raise and squeeze our shoulders to keep ourselves warm. Ironically these actions can create unwanted tension rather than warmth. In this series let’s rediscover shoulder mobility through the exploration of movement of the bones and soft tissue that make up the shoulder girdle and how these movements impact the spine. We’ll notice ease and increased blood flow in the upper body, warming us up as we move through the chillier weather.
