Weekend Yoga Workshops

Immerse yourself in a themed workshop for an entire weekend. Our full weekend workshops are designed to give you an in depth experience of such essential yoga topics as pre and post natal, hands on assisting, awakening the spine, functional anatomy, and anxiety and depression. We also offer a retreat specifically for yoga teachers. Learn more by diving into practice, study, reflection and dialogue for an entire weekend. CEUs available for all weekend workshops.

Pre and Post Natal Yoga Teacher Training

Increase your knowledge of pregnancy, labour and delivery. Build your confidence teaching pregnant women at any stage, and within any class structure. Learn to support women’s recovery post-partum. This training includes lecture, discussion and practice covering anatomy, pregnancy / labour / birth / post-partum issues, and teaching skills including assessing goals, how to adapt poses and breathing exercises, using language appropriately and helpfully, and hands-on assisting. Pre-registration and pre-payment are required for all yoga workshops and special events.

Enrollment is limited. PayPal is available for most workshop payments. Mail a cheque to Esther Myers Yoga Studio, 390 Dupont St., Toronto, M5R1V9, ON, Canada, or call 416 944 0838 and leave your credit card details. We accept Visa or MasterCard. Email info@estheryoga.com (please do not include credit card information).

Please arrive 10 minutes early in order to complete a registration form and health history.

Cancellation policy: With more than 48 hours notice, you will receive credit towards classes or workshops in the same term. The Studio cannot give refunds. U.S. credit card transactions will be processed in Canadian dollars at the current exchange rate.
