Experience joyful ease in the body as we explore the relationship between grounding, breath awareness and freedom in the spine. Learn how this approach to yoga, relates to natural movement patterns, mobility and stability in our everyday lives, and enhances overall energy and function. All are welcome. This work is readily adapted to each individual.
