Our Yoga Intensives are for yoga practitioners at every level of experience. Intensives give time and space for in depth posture and breathing practice. Yoga Intensives may occur for a few hours, a full weekend or at the same time daily over the period of a week; offering the opportunity to drop deep inside, and explore the relationship of body and mind. An intensive gives each student more time to learn, feel and understand the rejuvenating approach to yoga taught at our Studio.
