Join Monica on a weekend devoted to enriching mind and body connections with days full of yoga practice, breathing, walking, and meditation. Each evening Sandra will offer (optional) guidance and explorations in reflective writing. Open to all, especially those who wish to enrich their yoga experience with journalling, wordplay, poetry, and reflective writing.

Cancellation policy for Ontario Retreats: In the event of cancellation, $100.00 is non-refundable. With more than 7 days notice, the balance may be used for another event until August 31 of the same year. The whole amount is non-refundable with less than 7 days notice.
