	A DAY IN THE COUNTRY with TAMA SOBLE
	Take a day to practise yoga at the beautiful Bruce's Mill Conservation Area, just a short drive from the city but a world away with endless walking trails and wooded areas. We will practise indoors and out.
	Bruce's Mill Conservation Area will be part of the future Rouge Park Trail Network. The area includes several wetlands, grassy areas and mature woodlots and is home to more than 50 species of birds.

	SUMMER YOGA RETREAT WITH REFLECTIVE WRITING with MONICA VOSS and SANDRA CAMPBELL at SWALLOW'S BRIDGE, ALTON, ON.
	Yoga is a reflective practice. Its many techniques encourage us to feel, ponder, observe, remember and assess. Join Monica on a weekend devoted to enriching mind and body connections with days full of yoga practice, breathing, walking, and meditation. Each evening Sandra will offer (optional) guidance and explorations in reflective writing. Open to all, especially those who wish to enrich their yoga experience with journalling, wordplay, poetry, and reflective writing.

	CANCELLATION POLICIES:
	Workshops & Intensives: With more than 48 hours notice, you will receive credit towards classes or workshops in the same term.
	Retreats: In the event of cancellation, $100.00 is non-refundable. With more than 7 days notice, the balance may be used for another event until August 31 of the same year. The whole amount is non-refundable with less than 7 days notice.


	[condition] Pre-registration and pre-payment are required for all Workshops, Intensives and Special Events at least 7 days in advance. Enrollment is limited. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
