Cultivate the powerful lunar energy with Chandra Namaskar, the Moon Salutation Sequence, as we move into the full moon this month.  The energy of the moon is known to have a calming soothing effect and can teach us so much about our inner light and darkness. It can inspire us to gain clarity, build strength, let go and spark change within ourselves and the world around us. Let’s get on the mat and explore movement variations of the postures that make up this beautiful sequence. We’ll integrate the breath and mindful reflection while harnessing the abundant energy the moon and the sequence have to offer.
