We do this to assist those in need and their volunteer caregivers, to acknowledge how fortunate we are at the Studio to have such an amazing and vibrant community, and to honour and appreciate Esther Myers (1947-2004) who had the determination and vision to establish her Studio three decades ago.

We invite you to a day of renewing friendships, re-establishing your yoga roots and celebrating and sharing your accomplishments.

The day will consist of a welcoming breakfast, a brown bag or pot luck picnic lunch, and a series of one hour workshops and classes offered by former Teacher Training Programme participants. The day will conclude with the opportunity to linger and socialize over dinner at a nearby restaurant.

This year, our sale will take on a festive atmosphere with food, therapies, face painting, and crafts booths. Your contributions to the Yard Sale are much appreciated. We will begin pick-up anytime after May 15.

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS! If you would like to help out on the day, or beforehand, please call, email or come by the Studio.

[condition] Pre-registration and pre-payment are required for all workshops and special events at least 7 days in advance. Enrollment is limited.

CANCELLATION POLICY: With more than 48 hours notice, you will receive credit towards classes or workshops in the same term. The Studio cannot give refunds.

U.S. credit card transactions will be processed in Canadian dollars at the current exchange rate.
