One of the most wonderful things about practising yoga at Esther Myers Yoga Studio is that, in doing so, you are embarking on a journey of discovery, a discovery of self, your relationship to others and the world around you. This journey can truly last a lifetime. Through intelligent yoga practice, we reconnect to the rhythm of our own breath and the pull of gravity on our bodies.  Learning to pay attention to breath, body and gravity, we free ourselves from habitual tension, exhaustion and pain.  We find ease within ourselves and renewed energy for our lives. Our approach is organic, natural and respectful. We work with the body, not against it.

At EMYS we offer over 30 classes each week, for students of all levels of experience. You are welcome to drop in for a class at any time. Our highly skilled teachers are deeply committed to education, to regular practice, and to the self-empowerment of each individual student.
